Carpitectura began as a dream in La Paz, fueled by a passion for bioconstruction and reverence for the resources around us. Our path led us through the untouched landscapes of Baja California Sur, where nature taught us its language: design that doesn’t dominate, but converses. Today, rooted in El Pescadero, we’ve become allies to a community seeking balance—modernity without noise, functionality with soul, and beauty born of authenticity.

We are craftsmen and architects, but above all, guardians of a legacy.
